Balance The Board and Panasonic have created the Wisdom Exchange, a year-long learning experience focused on inclusion, equity and innovation.
The programme brings together a cohort of delegates from like-minded and non-competing organisations, from different sectors of industry in a mutual-mentoring programme, supported by a series of learning and development opportunities. The sessions vary from interactive workshops to expert-led masterclasses and informative webinars, bringing people and organisations closer together, improving knowledge, broadening horizons and developing relationships.
